The company came into existence in the year 1965. The company is running under the ownership of Mr. Girish Sabharwal. It has been into the manufacturing of minerals since last 40 years. Earlier the plant for manufacturing was located in Dehradun but now it has been shifted to Himachal Pradesh whereas the sales are operational from Yamuna Nagar, Haryana. It is one of the pioneers in the manufacturing of Minerals in the northern India.
